Born to Indian parents in London, Pavan Bajwa came to Belgium 10 years ago. It was here that she discovered there was not such a wide variety of Indian food on offer.
After years of requests for recommendations of good Indian restaurants or take-outs, she decided to bring home cooked mouthwatering Indian flavours to the streets of Belgium herself.
